Mr. Mendicino is a founding partner of Access Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital partnership focused on investing in well-qualified entrepreneurs starting technology companies that address large, emerging markets with unique products. Prior to Access Venture Partners, Mr. Mendicino played a central role in building a portfolio of 26 technology companies for Woodside Fund III, an early stage, Silicon Valley venture capital firm.

In his work with the portfolio companies, Mr. Mendicino participates with management in devising marketing strategies, implementing professional sales, marketing, development, and financial management practices, writing business plans, hiring additional management team members, and structuring major distribution agreements. Currently, Mr. Mendicino serves on the Board of Directors of Tian Software and is an advisor to Channel Technologies and Zettacore.
